About the position

The Strategy & Planning Director - Technology Transformation Management Office (TMO) at PNC is responsible for leading the execution of technology transformation initiatives. This role focuses on standardizing portfolio management, ensuring program governance, and enhancing organizational readiness. The director will work closely with senior leadership to align strategic plans with business goals, drive critical discussions, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide execution leadership for technology transformation initiatives.
• Oversee program strategy and mission alignment.
• Ensure adoption, execution, and compliance with the Change Methodology Framework Policy.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, templates, and deliverables.
• Report on program governance and health.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience, preferably in banking or a highly regulated industry.
• 5+ years of prior management experience.
• Strong technical acumen and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and transformation for future state needs.
• High degree of stakeholder management.
