About the position

The Strategy & Planning Director - Technology Transformation Management Office at PNC is responsible for leading transformation initiatives that focus on strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, and benefits realization. This role involves overseeing project execution, compliance with change methodologies, and program governance, while working closely with senior leadership to formulate and execute business strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide execution leadership for transformation initiatives.
• Oversee project and program execution.
• Ensure compliance with the Change Methodology Framework Policy.
• Manage program governance and health reporting.
• Define, monitor, and use metrics to assess performance.
• Drive critical business discussions to identify strengths and opportunities.
• Build and lead effective teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• 5+ years of prior management experience.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Experience in strategic planning and transformation.
• High degree of stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with competing demands and multiple deadlines.
