About the position

The Strategy & Planning Manager Senior at PNC's AI & Intelligent Automation Center is responsible for managing the conversational AI product strategy and implementation, including virtual assistants, voice assistants, chatbots, IVR, search, and generative AI. This role involves assessing current business functions, identifying strategic opportunities for efficiency and growth, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer and employee experiences through AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategic planning team to execute initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development.
• Identifies strategic opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
• Defines and oversees the resources for each assigned strategic initiative.
• Manages the overall strategic initiative to help ensure revenue, expense and other business objectives are met.
• Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Builds winning teams by providing effective leadership, management and development of employees.

Requirements

• University/college degree; higher education such as a Master's degree or PhD is desirable.
• 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
• Strong communication skills to engage with executive audiences and facilitate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in industry/market research and vendor relationship management.
• Ability to assess technology POT/POC and build & implement virtual assistants.
