About the position
The Street Sweeper Operator is responsible for operating a sweeper truck to clean various sites, primarily parking lots, of garbage and debris. This role requires working overnight and outdoors in all weather conditions, ensuring cleanliness and safety in the assigned areas.
Responsibilities
- Drive a sweeper truck to different sites for cleaning.
- Pick up large trash and debris that cannot be collected by the truck.
- Empty garbage cans and replace garbage bags.
- Maintain cleanliness of parking lots and other designated areas.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able, willing, and qualified to perform all work described.
Nice-to-haves
- Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) a plus.
