Paxey is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their street team as Paxey Members. This role is essential for delivering exceptional service and support to customers while contributing to the overall success of the company's operations. The position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers and assisting in various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist in data collection and market research to help inform business strategies.
• Participate in event marketing initiatives, promoting products and services effectively.
• Conduct product demos to showcase offerings and educate customers.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize public speaking skills during presentations or community events to enhance brand visibility.
• Support food service operations as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in event marketing and product demonstrations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in social media management, including content creation and audience engagement strategies.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and market analysis techniques.
• Public speaking skills that can be utilized during presentations or community outreach efforts.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a collaborative team environment.
