About the position

The Street Team Representative role at Monster Energy Company is designed to enhance sales distribution and visibility of Monster products in retail outlets. The representative will focus on building relationships with store managers, merchandising products, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand presence and sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen route level relationships with store managers.
• Merchandise Monster products in cold vaults and coolers.
• Expand cold space in all accounts where applicable.
• Manage and place point-of-sale (POS) materials both inside and outside of accounts.
• Care for program materials and assets of Monster Beverage Corp responsibly.
• Arrive on time and adhere to the shift schedule.
• Maintain brand appearance and wear proper attire.
• Ensure professionalism and exceptional communication with customers.
• Respond in a timely manner to the Monster Street Team Lead.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• May be required to travel when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. when required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must own a vehicle.
