As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized training programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness strategies.
• Conduct fitness assessments to track progress and adjust training plans as necessary.
• Provide motivation and support to clients during workouts, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment, adhering to fitness club standards.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance client experiences.
• Engage with students in physical education settings, promoting healthy lifestyles through various activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related role within a health club setting is preferred.
• Background in physical education or experience working with students is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
• A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their personal goals is essential.

• Experience working with students for at least 1 year.
