This part-time role focuses on guiding clients through one-on-one and group stretching sessions, promoting flexibility and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Lead transformative one-on-one and group stretching sessions.
- Motivate and coach clients to stretch beyond their limits.
- Nurture client relationships to keep them committed to their wellness journey.
- Ensure client safety during stretching sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and educational sessions to enhance skills.
- Promote StretchLab on social media and connect with the community.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace with ready-to-use equipment.
Requirements
- Certification in fitness or related field.
- Experience in a hands-on training role within a health or fitness environment.
- Strong communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, dance, yoga, or Pilates.
- Fiery enthusiasm for boutique fitness.
