Responsibilities

• Lead transformative one-on-one and group stretching sessions.
• Motivate and coach clients to stretch beyond their limits.
• Nurture client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure client safety during stretching sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and educational sessions.
• Promote StretchLab on social media and engage with the community.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace with ready-to-use equipment.

Requirements

• Certification in fitness or related field.
• Experience in a hands-on training role within a health or fitness environment.
• Strong communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, dance, yoga, or Pilates.
• Experience in social media management.
