StretchLab is seeking passionate wellness and fitness enthusiasts to join their team as Flexologists. This part-time role focuses on guiding clients through one-on-one and group assisted stretching sessions, promoting flexibility and overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and group stretching sessions to enhance client flexibility and well-being.
• Motivate and coach clients to stretch beyond their limits and achieve their wellness goals.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for clients, ensuring their safety during sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and educational sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Engage with the community through social media, sharing the StretchLab story and promoting services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is ready for use.

Requirements

• Certification in fitness or a related field.
• Experience in a hands-on training role within a health or fitness environment.
• Strong communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, dance, yoga, or Pilates.
• Experience in social media management.
