About the position
As a Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, you will be the face of the wellness brand, responsible for helping clients achieve their health goals through practitioner-assisted stretching. This role emphasizes driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive sales culture within the studio. You will play a crucial part in member retention and satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the studio.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales to guests visiting Stretch Zone.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and addressing member concerns.
- Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and encourage add-on sessions.
- Follow daily operation guides to ensure member retention and satisfaction.
- Support team goals and build positive relationships with members and team members.
Requirements
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Ability to track studio performance and understand key performance indicators.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous sales experience is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
