We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Performer to join our creative team, focusing on engaging young audiences through performance, education, and interactive activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing arts, particularly in ballet, and experience working with children in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging performances that captivate young audiences, utilizing skills in dance, drama, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement curriculum-based activities that align with performance themes.
• Conduct workshops and interactive sessions for children, fostering an environment of creativity and learning.
• Utilize photography skills to document performances and workshops for promotional purposes.
• Work closely with special education staff to adapt performances for diverse learning needs.
• Assist in the development of educational materials and resources that support classroom learning.
• Maintain a positive and safe environment for all participants during performances and workshops.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performing arts, particularly ballet or similar disciplines.
• Background in early childhood education or experience working with children in classroom settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and the ability to create engaging educational content.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children of various age groups.
• Experience in tutoring or providing educational support to children is a plus.
• Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial for adapting performances to meet diverse needs.
• A passion for educating young minds through creative expression.
