Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers as needed.

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis or related field.
  • 5 to 10+ years of bridge design, load rating, and inspection experience.
  • Experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) projects.
  • Excellent communication and client relation skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform complex analysis and design.
  • Ability to assemble a complete design package for assigned elements or projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • PE License preferred, not required.
