Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural components for solar power projects.
• Perform structural calculations including roof loads and weights.
• Utilize engineering software such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, RISA, and STAAD for project development.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation and reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recent/relevant Mechanical / Structural / Civil Engineering experience, preferably with renewable energy sources.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in structural calculations and analysis.
• Skilled in Solidworks or AutoCAD, as well as RISA, STAAD, or other structural engineering software.
• Ability to work in the United States without H-1 sponsorship or student visas.
• Completion of standard pre-hire checks including background and drug screening.
