Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, owners, and public agencies on structural engineering projects.
  • Design and analyze building structures using reinforced concrete, structural steel, wood, masonry, and post-tensioned concrete.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers in project execution and technical skills development.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize structural engineering software for design and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of four years of experience with a consulting firm in structural engineering.
  • Strong technical and organizational abilities in structural design and analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering license in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering license.
  • Proficiency in RAM Structural Systems and CSI Software Suite (ETABS, SAP, SAFE).
  • Passion for client service and strong communication skills.
