Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, owners, and public agencies on structural engineering projects.
- Design and analyze building structures using reinforced concrete, structural steel, wood, masonry, and post-tensioned concrete.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in project execution and technical skills development.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
- Utilize structural engineering software for design and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of four years of experience with a consulting firm in structural engineering.
- Strong technical and organizational abilities in structural design and analysis.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering license in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering license.
- Proficiency in RAM Structural Systems and CSI Software Suite (ETABS, SAP, SAFE).
- Passion for client service and strong communication skills.
