Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and other structures.
- Collaborate with other engineers and architects on project specifications and requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in Structural Design for buildings/structures.
- Licensed PE in California or close to obtaining licensure (EITs considered if licensed this year).
- Experience in structural design of concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures.
- Strong background in water/wastewater projects is heavily preferred.
Nice-to-haves
