About the position

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Structural Engineering team, focusing on the design of large commercial structures such as office buildings, healthcare facilities, and sports venues. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The successful candidate will engage with clients including architects, developers, and contractors on significant projects across the United States and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues, and other large commercial structures with construction costs of $25 million and up.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, institutions, and contractors to meet project needs.
• Demonstrate technical specialization and proactivity in project management.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work within a dynamic team environment to deliver major projects.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in relevant commercial building design.
• Demonstrated career growth that includes project management experience.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas; Structural Engineer (S.E.) preferred.
• Experience designing commercial building structures.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
