UESI seeks a mid-level engineer with a Florida PE for its Structural Inspections team in Fort Pierce, FL. The role involves technical responsibilities that may include underwater inspections of various structures such as bridges, bulkheads, dams, marinas, piers, ports, seawalls, or wharves. These inspections will encompass condition and quality control, structural design and analysis of such structures, as well as preparing technical reports, rehabilitations, and project repairs. Experience with structural engineering, design, analysis, and bridge condition inspection is highly valued, along with comprehensive knowledge of commercial diving and ADCI requirements for surface-supplied air diving. Project management experience is preferred, and the role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Design, along with at least 5 years of experience in underwater inspections, commercial dive operations, and marine engineering projects.
