We specialize in designing and constructing high-performance steel structures for industrial paint facilities, ensuring durability, safety, and compliance. We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with expertise in industrial steel structures to join our dynamic team. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and evaluation of industrial steel structures for facilities, ensuring they meet structural integrity and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering principles, particularly in industrial applications, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze steel structures for industrial facilities, including frameworks, supports, and connections.
  • Perform structural calculations, load assessments, and safety evaluations to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to develop and execute project plans.
  • Create detailed structural drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD and other design tools.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction to ensure structural integrity and adherence to designs.
  • Utilize finite element analysis (FEA) software to evaluate complex structural systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and code changes to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on industrial steel structures.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., AISC, ASCE, IBC).
  • Experience in the design of heavy industrial facilities such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, or similar structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
