As an Engineer on our Rail team at Olsson, you will play a crucial role in providing basic project design through CAD drafting. Your responsibilities will include instructing drafters on how to create detailed drawings of designs and preparing project schedules for various projects involving railroad bridges and supporting structures. In addition to these tasks, you may also be required to perform research, write technical reports, and travel to job sites for observation and assessment. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience working on Class I Railroad structures projects and will possess the ability to work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
