We are looking for a Steel Connection Design Engineer to join our growing GRAEFaccelerate team. This position offers remote work opportunities and involves working on a wide variety of large commercial and industrial projects. As a Steel Connection Design Engineer at GRAEF, you will enjoy responsibilities that include designing and detailing steel connections, participating in corporate steel connection design standards including standard details, design tools, and design workflows, and working collaboratively with structural engineers of record, BIM technicians, and structural steel detailers. Additionally, you will participate in project estimates and work plans, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in structural engineering; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years steel connection design experience.
  • Professional registration as a PE is a plus.
  • Professional technical society involvement is preferred.
