About the position

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our expanding team to support the design and engineering of specialized facilities. This role involves delivering expertly designed facilities that meet stringent industry requirements, providing a unique opportunity to work with a nationally recognized leader in their niche.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on structural engineering solutions for design-build projects nationwide.
• Incorporate cutting-edge engineering solutions in every project to lead the industry.
• Adapt services to clients' evolving needs, ensuring facilities meet safety, durability, and functional expectations.
• Create tailored designs for facilities, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master's a plus).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure is a plus.
• 5-10+ years of structural engineering experience, focusing on industrial, agricultural, or storage facility projects.
• Experience in designing large-scale facilities.
• Advanced proficiency in structural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis tools (e.g., RISA, SAP2000, STAAD).
• Strong knowledge of materials and methods specific to storage facility construction, including concrete, steel, and foundation systems.
• In-depth understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC) and best practices for industrial facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
