Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of main building structures, including concrete and steel components, foundations, slabs, stairs, and CMU connections.
- Inspect post-tensioning cables, rebar, and slab-on-grade installations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, incorporating project plans and supporting photographs, as per client requirements.
- Demonstrate independent problem-solving and decision-making skills to implement standardized inspection protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering (preferred)
- Valid Inspector's or Contractor's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and observations on-site
- 2 years of experience in Structural Inspection (required)
