With over 5+ years of experience in the engineering industry, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the design and execution of complex structural engineering projects. As a Permanent Structural Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of structural engineers, overseeing the design and implementation of projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in creating innovative solutions and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of structural engineers and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex structural engineering projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Utilizing your expertise in steel, Revit, and base structural design to create innovative and efficient solutions.
• Implementing comprehensive project management strategies, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conducting regular team meetings, providing guidance and support to team members, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Ensuring all engineering designs and processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on steel, Revit, and base structural design.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of industry safety regulations and quality standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
• The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
