About the position

We are seeking a Structural or Mechanical Drafter for a direct hire position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural and/or mechanical design within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and/or Solidworks is highly preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and modifying technical drawings, as well as performing manual drafting tasks. You will collaborate closely with the sales department, other drafters, and engineers to develop designs for various engineering projects. A key aspect of this position involves reading and interpreting engineering and field survey sketches to prepare accurate designs and detailed drawings. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that the designs meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and modify technical drawings.
• Perform manual drafting tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Associates degree or completion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting, or a related field.
• Related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks.
