Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of structural engineering projects.
  • Manage project schedules, expense tracking, and purchasing.
  • Interface with customers and solve problems as they arise.
  • Prepare submittals and write concept drawings.
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure project compliance and quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in industrial and/or commercial structural engineering work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other related software.
  • Desire to step into a project management role and oversee entire project lengths.
  • Experience in scheduling, expense tracking, and purchasing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience interfacing with customers and preparing submittals.
  • Knowledge of problem-solving techniques in engineering contexts.
