Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Structural Welders for projects located in and around Manitowoc, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 Years of Related Welding Experience or Completion of Welder's Training Program or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
• Able to Pass Weld Test
• Able to Read Blueprints, Weld Work Instructions, Technical Instructions, and Tape Measure
• Basic Mathematics Skills
• Ability to Apply Common Sense Understanding to Carry out Instructions furnished in Written, Oral, and/or Diagram Form
• Strong Ability to Define Problems, Collect Data, Establish Facts, and Draw Valid Conclusions

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and Weld Steel Structures and Components to Customer Specifications using Applicable WPS and Work Instructions
• Inspect Part Prior to Fit and Ensure Proper Alignment
• Visually Inspect Joint for Cleanliness and Depth
• Weld Flat and Horizontal GMAW, Flux Core
• Clean Part after Welding
• Operate Overhead Crane
• Properly Inspect Rigging Equipment
• Complete Operator Signoff, Record Job and Section in Time Matrix
• Other Tasks as Assigned
