About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to provide advanced consultation on information security compliance, risk management, and remediation. This role emphasizes collaboration, analytical skills, and the ability to simplify complex security issues for various stakeholders. The analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of Wells Fargo's data and will work closely with teams to enhance current security controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced information security consultation for compliance policy, risk management, and remediation.
• Consult on complex security issues and findings within the organization.
• Direct information security risk assessments and recommend remediation plans and strategies.
• Influence stakeholders on changes to assets to impact control decisions.
• Act as a lead to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions.
• Manage complex and critical information assets.
• Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies and standards.
• Advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Coordinate with vendor management on third-party assets to manage information security risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• CISSP, CRISC, or industry equivalent certification.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience with PowerBI for creating reporting.
