About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to oversee security governance and provide advanced consultation on information security compliance, risk management, and remediation. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize complex information clearly. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance security controls and manage critical information assets, ensuring the protection of Wells Fargo's data.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced information security consultation for compliance policy, risk management, and remediation.
• Consult on complex security issues and findings within the organization.
• Direct information security risk assessments and recommend remediation plans.
• Influence stakeholders on changes to assets to guide control decisions.
• Develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions across the organization.
• Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies and standards.
• Advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness programs.
• Coordinate with vendor management on third-party assets to manage information security risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• CISSP, CRISC, or industry equivalent certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience with PowerBI for creating reporting.
