About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to oversee security governance and provide advanced consultation on information security compliance, risk management, and remediation. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize complex information clearly. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance security controls and ensure the protection of Wells Fargo's data.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced information security consultation for compliance policy, risk management, and remediation.
• Consult on complex security issues and findings.
• Direct information security risk assessment and research, recommending remediation plans and strategies.
• Influence stakeholders on changes to assets to impact control decisions.
• Act as a lead to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions.
• Manage complex and critical information assets.
• Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies and processes.
• Advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Coordinate with vendor managers on third-party assets to manage information security risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

• CISSP, CRISC or industry equivalent certification
• Experience with governance, risk and compliance
• Experience with PowerBI for creating reporting
