About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to enhance security governance and ensure the protection of data. This role involves providing advanced consultation on information security compliance, risk management, and remediation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly, using tools like Excel and Power BI. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to address security issues and implement effective controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced information security consultation for compliance policy, risk management, and remediation.
• Consult on complex security issues and findings within the organization.
• Direct information security risk assessments and recommend remediation plans.
• Influence stakeholders on changes to assets to guide control decisions.
• Develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions across the organization.
• Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies and standards.
• Advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness programs.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Coordinate with vendor management on third-party assets to manage information security risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• CISSP, CRISC, or industry equivalent certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience with PowerBI for creating reporting.
