- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a structures mechanic in the aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structural repair techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license preferred.
