About the position

The Student Admissions Recruiter at Noble Schools is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to recruit prospective students and families, ensuring campus enrollment goals are met. This role involves planning events, conducting school visits, representing the campus at community events, and creating marketing campaigns to drive enrollment results. The recruiter will engage with community organizations, manage student information systems, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences to promote the vision of Noble Schools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet campus enrollment goals.
• Plan and execute events, school visits, and presentations to attract prospective students.
• Represent the campus at community events and engage with families.
• Create and manage marketing and outreach campaigns to drive enrollment results.
• Cultivate relationships with community organizations to support recruitment efforts.
• Manage student information in various systems, ensuring data quality and privacy.
• Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities related to student admissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or at least three years of professional experience in a related position.
• Experience in student admissions, staff recruitment, or sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Driver's license and ability to travel throughout Chicago.
