About the position

The Behavior Analyst Intern position at Action Behavior Centers is designed for individuals who are pursuing their BCBA certification and have completed a significant portion of their fieldwork hours. This role involves providing early intervention therapy to children with autism in a center-based setting, collaborating with experienced BCBAs, and implementing individualized treatment plans. The position offers a structured path to becoming a BCBA, with guaranteed hours and a supportive team environment focused on empowering children to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to uphold ABC's core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BCBA exam within 6 months of joining the team.

Requirements

• Must have accrued 1700 out of 2000 fieldwork hours.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
• Valid BCBA certification is preferred.

Nice-to-haves
