About the position

The State Water Resources Control Board's Division of Financial Assistance has an opening for a Student Assistant Engineering and Architectural Sciences in the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program. The position is located at 1001 I Street, 16th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814 right in the heart of downtown next to light rail stations and other public transportation. Under the close supervision of a Senior Water Resource Control Engineer and consistent with good customer service practices and the goals of the State and Regional Board's Strategic Plan, the incumbent is expected to be courteous and provide timely responses to internal/external customers, follow through on commitments, and to solicit and consider internal/external customer input when completing work assignments.

Requirements

  • Must possess essential personal qualifications including integrity, initiative, dependability, good judgment, and the ability to work cooperatively with others.

  • Ability to enter, manage, and review data for accuracy.
