The Central College athletics department is seeking enthusiastic students to join their team as Athletics Videographers/Content Creators. This role is pivotal in enhancing the visibility and engagement of Central College sports through various media channels. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating cameras during live sports broadcasts on the Central Dutch Network, ensuring that the broadcasts are of high quality and engaging for viewers. In addition to live broadcasts, the role involves capturing gameplay footage that is separate from the live broadcasts, allowing for the creation of highlight reels and other promotional content. Moreover, the position requires the creation of sports-related content specifically tailored for Central Athletics' social media accounts. This includes brainstorming ideas, filming, and editing videos that showcase the athletic programs, highlight student-athletes, and promote upcoming events. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sports and a creative mindset, enabling them to produce compelling content that resonates with the college community and beyond. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including afternoons, nights, and weekends, to accommodate the sports schedule.
