About the position

The Student CNA Training Program is designed to prepare individuals for a career as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) through a fast-paced, state-certified training course. The program consists of 120 hours of instruction, focusing on essential skills and knowledge required for the role. Successful completion of the program allows candidates to take the state board exam for certification.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the 120-hour state certified nurse aide training program.
  • Attend all classes without absences or tardies.
  • Achieve a minimum score of 80 on all assignments to remain in the class.
  • Purchase and wear royal blue scrubs during class sessions.
  • Provide necessary documentation including high school diploma or GED, valid photo ID, and social security card.

Requirements

  • Completed application for the training program.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Valid photo identification.
  • Social Security card.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and not be listed on the abuse registry.

  • Previous work history in healthcare or related fields.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and shift availability.
