The Student Employee-KSHU Student Staff-Graphic Designer position at Sam Houston State University involves creating visual elements for KSHU7 studio productions, social media, web content, promotional materials, and station branding. Responsibilities

• Create branding elements like logos, animations, and on-screen graphics.
• Design motion graphics for video content.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Work closely with directors, producers, and editors to integrate graphics into video projects.
• Collaborate with the Program and Social Media managers in creating promotional content and casting calls.
• Ensure all graphics align with the studio's aesthetic and branding guidelines.
• Manage graphic assets and organize files for future use.
• Research content trends of other stations to plan for future media.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Strong creative design skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
