The Market Segment Manager will actively engage with key trade associations, serving on committees, participating in public speaking events, and contributing to educational initiatives that enhance Bestbath's value as a partner in the industry. Collaboration with sales and marketing leadership is essential to develop and execute strategies, while also working closely with regional sales teams to transition opportunities into the company. This individual contributor role focuses on unlocking potential growth and developing value for our products in the assigned segments, with success measured through brand development and growth in downstream sales.
