This position involves providing a high level of customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues in a timely manner, whether over the phone, in person, or using a remote control application. The individual will utilize various software tools and applications to resolve end-user issues, create and update knowledgebase articles, and assist with maintaining classrooms and meeting spaces on campus. Additionally, the role includes assisting with setting up and striking for events held on or off campus, providing sound and video support as needed, and delivering exceptional service to co-workers and outside customers. The position may also involve assisting with projects and other tasks as assigned, while abiding by all University policies.
