The Student Program Coordinator at the University of Texas at Dallas plays a vital role in supporting the Living Learning Communities (LLC) by providing program assistance. Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate evening, weekend, in-person, and virtual programs for students.
- Develop and maintain faculty partnerships to enhance program effectiveness.
- Facilitate marketing initiatives, including social media management.
- Assist in program assessment and academic intervention efforts.
- Manage the application process for student programs and track course enrollment.
- Compile reports on program attendance, faculty involvement, and assessment outcomes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with the Residential Life Coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- One or more years of related work experience in a university setting.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in Residential Life or Living Learning environments.
- Experience with student management and assessment.
- Proficiency in database management, training, and faculty relationship building.
- Skills in social media management, video and photo editing, StarRez, and Orion.
