About the position

The Student Recruiting & Admissions Functional Lead at the University of Arkansas will oversee the configuration and support of student recruitment and admissions processes within Workday. This role involves managing a collaborative team, executing implementation activities, resolving issues, and ensuring effective administration of business processes related to student admissions. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to facilitate change management and support integration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all configuration related to student recruitment and admissions in Workday.
• Oversee the STU Business Analyst position to assist with configuration and issue resolution.
• Plan, prepare, and execute working groups and implementation activities.
• Research and resolve issues within assigned functional areas in Workday.
• Administer assigned business processes and setup values.
• Assess change impacts and training needs in collaboration with the change team.
• Evaluate new functionality during software releases and support integration and report development.
• Lead a collaborative team to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Three to five years of related experience in a similar role.
• At least one year of management or project leadership experience.

• Significant experience in assessing and implementing business processes.
• Experience with change management related to human capital management ERP systems.
• Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
