Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational training preferred
• Open to newcomers; 1-2 years of office experience preferred
• Travel planning and aviation experience in a team environment are a plus
• Fluency in English
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer service
• Strong teamwork, reliability, responsibility, and intercultural awareness
• Ability to work under pressure, manage high stress levels, and meet time constraints
• Must have U.S. work permit and a valid driver's license
• Willing to work shifts/overtime
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Arranges travel, housing, and transportation for LAT US students, staff, and visitors
• Serves as a point of contact for third-party customers regarding facility maintenance
• Prepares and distributes emails about campus maintenance, events, holidays, and dormitory notices
• Manages student arrivals: uniforms, flight supplies, welcome folders, airport transportation and briefings
• Responsible for creating and maintaining internal department documents in Word, Excel, and Teams
• Handles student departures: room inspections, property returns, debt clearance, travel coordination
• Supports admin tasks: mail collection, scanning, correspondence, calls, visitor tours, and supply orders
• Assists with special projects
• All other duties as assigned or required
