About The Position
This position is located on the campus of the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Employment, payroll and benefits are through and subject to the Research Foundation for SUNY policies and procedures. The Research Foundation for SUNY is a private educational corporation. This is a temporary, full-time, twelve (12) month grant funded position. The position is grant funded until September 30, 2025. The Student Success Coach is responsible to provide specified cohorts of students with comprehensive curricular and co-curricular planning, college process and resource navigation that augments existing academic supports. The Coach works to counsel, motivate, advise, and assess student needs, goals, and interests to ensure academic success and improve the College's retention and completion results.
