About the position

The Student Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing and expanding university partnerships, developing a strong pipeline of undergraduate and new graduate talent, overseeing internship and co-op programs, and enhancing the company's brand on campuses and within the industry. This role involves strategic planning and execution of recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates and support their transition into full-time roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand partnerships with universities and colleges.
  • Develop and execute early careers recruiting strategies.
  • Build and enhance the employer brand across campuses.
  • Strengthen student talent recruiting processes to ensure diversity.
  • Support the transition of interns to full-time employment.
  • Coordinate and participate in conferences and university events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2 years focused on early careers hiring.
  • Experience designing and executing scalable early careers recruiting strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with leaders across functions.
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with demonstrated success.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and virtual career fair platforms.
  • Experience creating and orchestrating Handshake campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $109,695 - $137,145 + bonus + benefits.
