This program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a professional salon environment, preparing participants for a successful career as licensed stylists.
Responsibilities
- Engage in a 90-day mentorship program, offering valuable observation and hands-on experience.
- Participate in new hire orientation classes, focusing on observing and practicing styling, color techniques, and honing skills on mannequins.
- Sharpen clipper cutting and fading skills through advanced classes tailored to enhance expertise.
