About the position

The Student Videographer position at USC Upstate offers a unique opportunity for students to engage in video creation using their smartphones. This role is designed for students who are enthusiastic about the university and possess a vibrant personality suitable for on-camera work. Throughout the semester, students will be tasked with producing ten short videos, guided by prompts provided through the Campus Reel platform. Once selected for the position, students will receive login credentials to the Campus Reel Hub, where they will be supported in their video-making journey. This position not only allows students to express their creativity but also helps them build their resumes with practical experience in videography and content creation. The flexibility of the role enables students to work independently, managing their schedules to complete the video assignments at their convenience. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain real-world experience while contributing to the university's communications efforts.
