About the position
The Studio Manager at BODY20 is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development in a fast-growing fitness studio. This position emphasizes delivering brand consistency and superior customer service while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The Studio Manager will work closely with the Franchisee to ensure operational success and achieve performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and sales performance of the studio.
- Provide leadership and support for the ongoing development and training of the Sales Team and Coaches.
- Achieve performance metrics including revenue, inventory management, payroll, and cost controls.
- Attend monthly meetings and corporate webinars as directed.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet studio demand within budget constraints.
- Host weekly staff meetings and monthly one-on-one meetings with Sales Associates and Coaches.
- Plan and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis.
- Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience with proven results.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience.
- Experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annually.
