About the position
The Studio Manager at Basecamp Fitness is responsible for leading and directing the sales, operations, and fitness aspects of the studio. This role emphasizes the importance of sales and operational excellence while prioritizing a candidate's willingness to learn and grow. The Studio Manager will cultivate a welcoming and encouraging culture, ensuring that the team is dedicated to providing an exceptional fitness experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for daily operations
- Direct aspects of membership sales
- Develop and implement membership growth and retention strategies
- Assist in creating, managing, and implementing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Provide support for assistant managers
- Evaluate procedures and provide recommendations to owners based on key performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- 1 year of sales experience
- 1 year of management experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
