About the position

The Studio Manager at Traction Wellness Group will oversee the performance of a SweatHouz studio, focusing on driving revenue, managing sales, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer experience. This role is pivotal in the local and national expansion of the SweatHouz brand, requiring a sales-driven leader with strong customer service and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in implementing the SweatHouz sales model.
• Welcome prospective clients and provide a premium experience to convert them into members.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Schedule shifts and maintain full staffing at all times.
• Oversee studio cleanliness and ensure a consistent, elevated customer experience.
• Build relationships within the studio's community through networking and grassroots marketing initiatives.
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings to review performance metrics and collaborate on actionable plans with other studio managers.

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales
• 1+ year in management
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage
